ADULT & Couples TherapisT

Imagine stepping into a world where the complexities of the mind meet the psychology of healing. Where the profound art of psychotherapy is a relentless pursuit of human wholeness.

I come from a plethora of clinical and professional experiences working within academia, community advocacy, college mental health, community mental health, adult behavioral outpatient, crisis response team, clinical supervision, and career consultancy.

I work with individuals (16+) and couples who are dealing with a variety of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity integration, relational conflicts, sexual identity, and comorbidity. I also provide integrated treatment for individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders.

I engage a client collaboratively in highly relational and integral psychotherapy, which is a holistic and all-encompassing approach. This approach attempts to involve all aspects of a client’s behavior, such as sleep, leisure-time activities, daily routines, and physical care, while also promoting the connection of body, mind, and spirit into account to help a client achieve equilibrium and congruency.

My keen interest in understanding human behavior and the complexities of the mind have led me to this career. Allow me to be apart of your journey of transforming pain into resilience and despair into hope.

What Makes me Human

Hobbies
I am helplessly a foodie and unreasonably a food critic, an aimless walker, and a foreign film fanatic.

Quirks
I am heavily caffeinated, drinking 6 cups of coffee a day. I want to hibernate in the summer and don't like heat, humidity, and sweating at all.

Fun Fact
I am a professional musician, having worked as a vocalist, choral conductor, arranger, and pianist in versatile musical genres, all of which helps me appreciate the creativity and flexibility of collaborating with a client away from the rigidity of one-size-fits-all.
