We offer a combination of both in-person and Telehealth sessions. Please contact your Therapist directly to find out what days they are in the office.
-
Sessions are 50 minutes long.
-
We typically recommend starting out with weekly or biweekly sessions so we can establish a rapport and build a toolbox of strategies for you.
-
Our Providers are not contracted with any insurance companies and are considered Out-of-Network (OON) Providers. OON does not mean you are not covered. Most insurance companies do offer some reimbursement. If you are interested in learning more about reimbursement from your insurance company, please contact them prior to the first session.
-
All insurance companies require a diagnosis and release of records to prove necessity for mental health services. When insurance is not used, they have no say in the course of your treatment or how many sessions they will pay for.
Most insurance companies do offer some reimbursement. We will provide you with a Superbill if you would like to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company.
-
A Superbill is an itemized list of all services provided to a client needed to submit an insurance claim. Superbills are different from receipts or invoices because they provide additional information regarding the visit that is needed to get a claim approved.
-
If you are interested in learning more about reimbursement from your insurance company, please contact them prior to our first session and ask the following questions:
- What are my mental health benefits?
- What is the reimbursement rate to work with an out-of-network provider?
- How many sessions will be covered per calendar year?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
-
While we do appreciate as much notice as possible for cancellations and rescheduling, we understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us 48-hours prior to your scheduled session start time to avoid a charge.
- 48+ Hours Notice: No Charge
- Notification between 24-48 hours: $100.00 Charge
- Less than 24-hours notice/No-Show: Full Session Charge
