Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic modality that identifies and acknowledges different sub-personalities or families within an indiviudal’s mind.
IFS focuses on healing the wounded parts and restoring mental balance by changing the dynamics that create discord among the sub-personalities and the Self.
